The Extra Room is Jackie Herald's design practice.
She is a qualified garden designer with previous professional experience in textile design and art history.
Her keen eye for making the best use of space, structure,
texture and colour makes dynamic links between the interior of your home, leisure or workplace and the 'extra room' outside.
Jackie's starting points for design are
your needs and desires as the client. For front gardens, back gardens, projects large and small, she delivers practical and
appropriate solutions with imagination and flare.
Based in London, Jackie enjoys working in a wide
range of locations around the UK and abroad. She is a fluent French speaker and has a good working use of Italian.
An initial consultation meeting and site visit within
Greater London is not normally charged (if you are further afield, travel costs would apply).
